Submitted by Tiago, who says: Here🔸AB开奖网澳洲幸运10官网网页s the official bus map of Leiria, a small Portuguese city with around 50,000 people living inside its urban perimeter. In my opinion, this map is a mess and completely useless since I was never able to use it while riding the bus. Although it gives us an idea of the lines, it has too little information and it🔸AB开奖网澳洲幸运10官网网页s too confusing. What do you think? 澳洲10开官网开奖 says: I🔸AB开奖网澳洲幸运10官网网页m with […]

Submitted by Cédric, who says: I got interested in a 🔸澳州10开奖记录 of the Moscow Metro featured on this site some time ago (November 2012, 4 stars). The radical simplicity of the visual language, using only straight lines and circles, gives a unique quality to the map, both in its high legibility and evocative power. Realizing that it would be geometrically impossible to recreate this design to fit today’s expanded Moscow metro network, I started […]

Y🔸澳洲幸运10冠军定位计划review of the real one helped me! 澳洲10开官网开奖 says: This is a nice reworking of the 168澳洲十开奖网, Eduardo – converting it from a stylised geographical map into a proper schematic diagram (the 168澳洲十开奖网 hasn’t changed too much since I reviewed it way back in 2012). I will quietly note that you’ve lifted the typography, […]

Submitted by Frederico, who says: Here’s the new diagram for Transtejo, the company that manages Lisbon’s main waterways lines. It is part of Transportes de Lisboa, the main company, along with Metro and Carris, the one that provides buses and trams. I can’t decide if I like it or not… It definitely inherited the simplism and amazing typeface from Lisbon’s Metro map, which I approve, but I feel like it could be better executed. There’s […]

Submitted by Miles Taylor, who says: Here’s the system “diagram” of the TST bus system south of Lisbon in Portugal. It’s impossible to tell what any of the routes are since they’re all just blue lines zigzagging across the map. Not to mention the place names are in comic sans. Ugh. 澳洲10开官网开奖 says: The only – and I do mean only – saving grace for this map is that it appears on the same web […]

A lovely above-door strip map from Portugal’s capital. By sacrificing geographical reality (only the Tagus River gives any sense of orientation), the three lines are able to be laid out for maximum clarity and legibility. The comprehensive legend has symbols for connections to the Metro, the private Fertagus commuter rail line to Setúbal, ferries, and buses. It even has a “camera” icon for stations with points of interest nearby, and a little “umbrella and beach […]

Porto, Portugal’s Metro light rail system is only ten years old, but is already a comprehensive and far-reaching network. With such a modern transit system, it’s important to have a map to match, and in most respects, this one certainly fits the bill. But does everything have to be so small? Have we been there? No. What we like: Some beautifully crafted elements, especially the bespoke icons for connecting services (bus, train, airport, etc.) Too […]

A beautiful example of an abstracted rectilinear diagram – everything is evenly spaced, with subtle curves and a lovely complementary rounded typeface. The colours in this diagram work wonderfully well, with “traditional” route colours of Blue, Yellow, Green and Red being given a pastel twist and lovely icons that fit in with Lisbon’s maritime history perfectly. An excellent bi-lingual key and icons pack this map with useful information and all type is set horizontally. The […]
